Error: Cherry account authentication failed.

If your account is not locked nor suspended but you get the Authentication Failed error, this means that you have been logging into the game with a wrong/invalid password.

If you have forgotten your Conquera account game login and/or password. You can change your password in your Cherry Exchange account by going to the "Settings that is the gear icon" and then click change password. You will need to input your current Cherry Exchange password and then input the new password your desire and then click the "Apply to all of my games" box and then submit. This will change your Cherry Exchange password and your game account(s) password as well. Make sure to use your email address when logging into the game after the reset.
