I was disconnected from the Internet while Topping Up CC. Was the transaction successful?

To determine if your CC Transaction was successful:

  • Check your Cherry Exchange's account balance; or
  • Within Cherry Exchange, click on "Personal Info" on the left menu and select "Transaction Log" to locate your latest transaction.

 

If the new account balance is not reflected AND no transaction logs were recorded, your transaction was unsuccessful. Please perform the Top-Up again.
Note: When using online or mobile Top-Up methods (e.g. PayPal, credit cards), you may wish to check for any transaction notifications or emails from the third-party providers.

 

If you received a "success" notification or email from the third-party provider, but your Cherry Exchange does not reflect the same, please submit a ticket on Cherry Messenger with the following information:

  • Top-Up method used (e.g. PayPal, MasterCard, etc)
  • Date/time of transaction
  • Problem encountered in detail
  • Transaction Number from the third-party provider
