My Physical Scratch Card is damaged!

You are strongly advised to check your scratch cards carefully before buying them from the retailer store:

  • Plastic foil packaging is still intact and not opened
  • Security Mask is not missing or scratched off

Please take care in removing the Security Mask by scrapping it off gently! Cherry Credits will not be able to replace any cards damaged due to user’s negligence.

 

If you believe your scratch card is damaged due to a manufacturer's defect, please submit a ticket to Cherry Messenger with the following information:

  • Scanned front and back of the scratch card
  • Scanned receipt of scratch card purchase
  • Date/time of scratch card purchase
  • Exact location of scratch card purchase (e.g. 7-Eleven at Clementi Ave 3 Blk 321)
