To determine if your purchase / redemption transaction was successful:
- Within Cherry Exchange, click on "Personal Info" on the left menu and select "Transaction Log" to locate your latest transaction.
- For electronic Pin transactions performed within Cherry Exchange, access your Cherry Messenger for the electronic Pin code.
If no transaction logs were recorded on Cherry Exchange, your transaction is likely unsuccessful. Please perform the purchase / redemption again.
If your problem is not related to the categories above, please submit a ticket on Cherry Messenger with the following information:
- Date/time of transaction
- CC Transaction ID and Merchant Transaction ID, if any
- Problem encountered in detail
