My CC balance is missing!

  1. Within Cherry Exchange, click on "Personal Info" on the left menu and select "Account Balance".
  2. Current CC Balance + Total CC Consumed = Total CC Pumped
    If the numbers do not add up according to the formula above, submit a ticket to Cherry Messenger for further assistance.
  3. Click on "Personal Info" on the left menu and select "Transaction Log". Locate for any strange transaction record(s).

If there are indeed strange transaction record(s) that are not made by you or other individuals with access to your Cherry Exchange account, you may wish to submit a ticket to Cherry Messenger for advice.

 

If you believe your account has been compromised:

  • Change your Cherry Exchange password immediately.
  • Scan your personal computer for viruses, keyloggers and/or spyware.
  • If your CC balance was used without permission, file a police report with your local authorities immediately.

You are strongly advised not to share your Cherry Exchange access with anyone to prevent any intentional or unintentional sabotages.
