My registered email address is no longer in use. What should I do?

To change your registered email address, click on "Personal Info" on the left menu within Cherry Exchange and select "Change Email".
Your Security PIN and Secret Q&A are necessary to perform the change.

After keying in the required information, you will receive an automated email with a verification link. Your Cherry Exchange services will only be resumed when you click on the link

You should specify a valid email address which you readily have access to, and is not shared with other individuals.

 

If you have lost access to your Cherry Exchange, email gardener@cherrycredits.com*to retrieve your account.
*Note: gardener@cherrycredits.com is meant for login and registration issues only. Inquiries of other nature will not be processed.
