My registered email address is no longer in use. What should I do?

To change your registered email address, click on "Settings" on the top menu after logging into your Cherry account. Under "Contact", click on "Change" found beside your email address.

After keying in the required information, you will receive an automated email with a verification link. Your Cherry services will only be resumed when you click on the link.

You should specify a valid email address which you readily have access to, and is not shared with other individuals.

 

If you have lost access to your Cherry account, email gardener@cherrycredits.com*to retrieve your account.
*Note: gardener@cherrycredits.com is meant for login and registration issues only. Inquiries of other nature will not be processed.
