Your Cherry Exchange account is automatically locked when the system detects 5 unsuccessful login attempts.

An automated email from windmill@cherrycredits.com will be sent to your registered email address. Follow the instructions given to unlock your Cherry Exchange.

 

  1. Note down the Release Code and visit http://exchange.cherrycredits.com/release.aspx as stated in the automated email.

  2. Enter your Cherry Exchange Login ID, Release Code (from the automated email), Security PIN and click on "Confirm".

  3. Upon successful release, a new password will be sent from windmill@cherrycredits.com to your registered email address.
