Your Cherry Exchange account is automatically locked when the system detects 5 unsuccessful login attempts.
An automated email from email@example.com will be sent to your registered email address. Follow the instructions given to unlock your Cherry Exchange.
- Note down the Release Code and visit http://exchange.cherrycredits.com/release.aspx as stated in the automated email.
- Enter your Cherry Exchange Login ID, Release Code (from the automated email), Security PIN and click on "Confirm".
- Upon successful release, a new password will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org to your registered email address.
