How to update the email address linked to my Cherry account

1. Users who have lost access to the email address linked to their Cherry account, will have to go to Settings, under Contact, click on 'Change' link found beside your email address.

2. Enter the information below in their corresponding fields.

  1. Current email address
  2. New Email Address
  3. Confirm New Email Address

    And then click on ‘Submit’

3. Enter your Date of Birth (registered with your Cherry account) and click on ‘Continue’

4. You will also be required the Answer to your Secret Question and 6-digit Security PIN to complete the verification. Click on ‘Submit’

5. You will get a confirmation of the email address change and instructions to check your inbox to verify your new email address.
