My account has been hacked! What should I do?

  1. Change your account password immediately! This will prevent the hacker from accessing your account again.
  2. Scan your personal computer for any viruses, keyloggers or spyware. 
  3. Contact Cherry Messenger if you have lost access to your game account or Cherry Exchange.

  • World
  • Date/time of account compromise
